About Palomarin Consulting
We’re two seasoned behavioral health leaders with a shared passion: helping rising leaders thrive.

We’ve been where you are—newly promoted, eager to make a difference, and with limited formal training to navigate the challenges of leading people and managing at an organizational level. Like many, we had to learn by trial and error, often struggling to find answers and consistent support in a fast-paced environment.
​
Over time, we honed our skills, built strong reputations at a large HMO, and became known as approachable, results-driven leaders who could inspire diverse teams. As we tried to mentor others though, we saw too many talented managers left to sink or swim due to a lack of consistent support.

That’s why we founded Palomarin Consulting—to fill that gap. We’re dedicated to equipping emerging behavioral health leaders with the tools, mindset, and strategies they need for long-term success.

We bring a combined 30 years of leadership experience in the behavioral health field in both nonprofit and for profit settings.

Step into leadership with confidence. Level Up Your Leadership is a series of dynamic workshops designed specifically for emerging leaders in behavioral health.
These sessions offer practical tools and real-world strategies to help you lead effectively—drawing on your clinical expertise while developing essential leadership skills.

Whether you're navigating difficult conversations, managing burnout, or adapting to organizational change, these workshops provide focused support to help you grow, connect, and lead with purpose.
A four-month, small-group experience designed to help new and aspiring leaders build confidence, clarity, and capacity in their roles.

Through twice-monthly Zoom sessions, you’ll engage in a blend of interactive learning and personalized coaching that addresses the real-world challenges leaders face in behavioral health settings. We’ll explore essential topics like self-awareness, sustainable leadership practices, building strong teams, navigating conflict, fostering alignment, and managing change—always through the lens of clinical leadership.

Our individual coaching program offers personalized guidance tailored to your unique strengths, goals, and challenges as a leader in behavioral healthcare.

You’ll begin with a personalized assessment and work one-on-one with a coach to strengthen your leadership presence, improve decision-making, manage complex dynamics, and lead with greater confidence. Expect tailored support that helps you build practical skills, expand your influence, and align your leadership with your values and goals.
