We’ve been where you are—newly promoted, eager to make a difference, and with limited formal training to navigate the challenges of leading people and managing at an organizational level. Like many, we had to learn by trial and error, often struggling to find answers and consistent support in a fast-paced environment.

Over time, we honed our skills, built strong reputations at a large HMO, and became known as approachable, results-driven leaders who could inspire diverse teams.

With over 30 years of combined leadership experience, we’re dedicated to equipping emerging behavioral health leaders with the tools, mindset, and strategies they need for long-term success.
